I have never been a huge coffee latte drinker but when Starbucks brings around their Pumpkin Spice Latte, WHO can say no??
It's amazing.
About a month ago I made Pumpkin Spice Syrup for drinks and cocktails. It was genius. Paul is a huge coffee drinker and he was gobbling it down before I stopped him in his tracks to make my very first latte.
The biggest thing I have learned since starting my blog is that nothing is unattainable. There were so many cheesy, breaded, cocktail-somethings that I thought were going to be way out of my reach to make and create myself... until I tried.
...Like a latte. I've been getting them my whole life knowing what was in it but never imagined to attempt to making it myself. And why not, they are delicious so why not have a nice frothy cup at home instead of on the run.
I know, I am so smart.
So here I took my Pumpkin Spice Syrup and transformed it into the most FABULOUS treat I could ever have for breakfast. Paired with banana nut bread, this was a morning I was sure to have all my ducks in a row.Happy Morning from my kitchen to yours!
