Detox Blueberry Monster Smoothie

It's so simple.

and on Saturday morning... all I need is simple.
Sleep in a little, throw a load of laundry in and spend some quality time wrestling with the puppies... it's a perfect morning.
Then when the tummy grumbles start kicking in I go right for smoothies.

Easy, fast and delicious... plus all the antioxidants and vitamins that you need to start your day.

Like I said... simple.
So relax and enjoy your three day weekend. It's the simple things in life that make everything so sweet!!!

My husband loves smoothies. He would be perfectly happy living off them where as I like to cook huge meals. Our anniversary is coming up in a couple weeks, Ill have to surprise him with a breakfast in bed he can drink. He'll love it! Thanks for sharing! :)

It is always hard to beat simple and delicious. Your Saturday mornings are something I strive to achieve. I still treat them like an extension of the work week and that's not good for the spirit. I hope you enjoy the rest of the weekend. Blessings...Mary
