Fresh Lemon Margarita and an Italian Volcano Giveaway! (CLOSED)

Frozen, on the rocks, fruity, salted, no salt, and with a lime... there are so many different ways to enjoy the delicious taste of a margarita.

And, who doesn't love margarita's?

Well, I love them. This Irish girl may love her beer and homemade Irish Cream, don't get me wrong, but as everyone knows I adore Mexican cuisine and there are very few times that I will turn down a freshly made margarita. Add in some homemade guacamole and tortilla chips and you have yourself a perfect fiesta with me right in the middle eating it all up.
Cinco de Mayo is upon us, a Saturday no less, so you bet that me and the girls have planned to head out and celebrate. Coincidentally it also happens to be my good friends bachelorette party this weekend so us girls are headed towards the water, beaches and bars.

Margarita's on the boat, parties on land... it's going to be a great weekend.
Lucky for me, I received my shipment of Italian Volcano Organic Juices a couple of weeks ago and have been going crazy in the kitchen using up this all natural juice. Volcano juice is all natural, not from concentrate, no preservatives, USDA organic, single-origin juice made from Sicilian lemons, 100% juice!

Who remembers my strawberry-lemonade oatmeal bars, yup... that was with Volcano juice. I also prepped quite a few mint juleps for Derby days with this juice and it was a fool-proof product. The juice is fresh, clean and delicious.

In order to prepare for this weekend's festivities, I had to make sure my mixture was good enough for the whole group to enjoy, which means Thursday night margaritas!!!

Who doesn't love a mid-week margarita, especially when you've had three night meetings in a row making your work week longer than ever come Thursday? I dream of weekdays, weekends, or any day for that matter that I can just sleep in and relax... one day I am sure, but this weekend I have my game face on because it's party time.
Any way you look at it, it's Friday, and I hope you all have wonderful plans for the weekend. I know me and the girls are going to have a great time and I can't wait to share this delicious juice with them all. {There may be a few shots added in, but I won't make any promises}. Stay tuned, I have two more recipes with some of Italian Volcano's Organic Juices that you won't want to miss.

Happy weekend, happy margarita's, and happy giveaway!

I am a follower...and am a fan of this juice. I buy the little squeezy ones to zip up my Bombay and Tonic! I am looking forward to margarits's tomorrow, but no Triple Sec here, it seems I am allergic...nothing like anaphylactic shock to add a little excitement!
